Each batch of our cheese is hand selected from our cheesemaker. We’ve been doing it that way for the past 20 years, bringing you the best cheese varieties the Northwest has to offer. Great for melting! Cheddar (white, mild, and medium), Pepper Jack, and Monterey Jack. Available in bulk, blocks, slices, or shreds in package sizes from 10-oz multipacks up to 40-lb blocks.
